EPESOL provided capacitors are designed for use in shunt bank, harmonic Filter, series, SVC applications in all climatic conditions. These power capacitors are film types with very low dielectric losses and a long lifetime. The capacitors are impregnated with a biodegradable, non-PCB fluid with high insulation strength. The edges of the electrode foils are folded, enabling higher electrical stress. The ABB capacitor units have an extremely low failure rate and high reliability. Due to their enhanced reliability and efficiency, these capacitors are currently used all across the country in national as well as distribution transmission systems.
